Hello Tigers,

This weekend we are hosting games at Tory Burn Reserve on both Saturday and Sunday.
And as a small club we rely on parent volunteers to help run our canteen/ bbq when we have home games.
We have allocated specific times for each team; this allows for parents to watch their children’s game, and we do require extra volunteers to cover when out teams play or when we have extra games scheduled.

Saturday Schedule
Under 9s: 8.30am to 9.50am, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Volunteers: 9.50am to 11am, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Under 16s: 11am – 12.20pm, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Volunteers needed 12.20pm to close/ pack up, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq

Sunday Schedule
Under 12s: 9.45 – 10.15am, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Volunteers: 10.15am – 11.15am, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Under 21s: 11.15am – 12.30pm, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Opens: 12.30pm -1.45pm, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Volunteers needed 1.45pm to close/ pack up, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
