Hey Tigers

As you know we have Week 1 trial this weekend and we are hosting our trial games on Saturday 7th March. And we are also supporting another local club Hills Bulls by allowing them to use our ground on Sunday 8th March for their trials. We have decided to open the canteen this day as the money we make goes back to our club, which will be a great help.

And as a small club we rely on parent volunteers to help run our canteen/ bbq when we have games at our home ground.

Saturday Schedule
We have allocated specific times for each team; this allows for parents to watch their children’s game, and we do require extra volunteers to cover when out teams play or when we have extra games scheduled.
Under 9s to cover from 8.00 to 8.50am, with 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Volunteers needed: 8.50am to 9.50am, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Under 16s to cover from 9.50am to 10.50am, with 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Opens Silver to cover from 10.50am to 11.50am, with 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq
Volunteers needed: from 11.50am until close and assist with pack up, 2 x canteen, 2 x bbq

Sunday Schedule
We require Volunteers to support for the whole day.
Set up of Canteen and BBQ from 8am until close which will be around 5.30pm.
