Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Dear Tigers community,

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Baulkham Hills Sports Club
on Thursday 6 November 2025. Arrive at 6.30 pm for a 7.00 pm start.

During the night, you will hear how the club performed for the 2025 season with an update from the current president, secretary and a financial review from the treasurer.

We will also be electing a new board for the upcoming 2026 season.

As a valued member, this meeting offers you the chance to learn more about our fantastic club and actively participate in the election process.
Who can attend and vote?
- Life Members.
- Financial Members – This means, any parent(s) or caregiver(s) who have paid registration fees for the 2024 season.
- Any non-members over the age of 18 who are affiliated with the club. $2 fee will apply to become a financial member.
- Registered volunteers, Coaches, Trainers, Managers and all other NRL registered volunteers.

In accordance with our constitution and by-laws, the board is dissolved each year, with a new board elected by members.

We are accepting early nominations for President, Secretary, Treasurer and 2 Vice Presidents. Early nominations can be emailed to admin@winstontigers.org and need to be seconded by another member also via email or can be seconded on the night.

For those who are unable to attend in person, the AGM will also be hosted online. The link will be distributed via Team App on the day of the meeting, or you may request it by emailing admin@winstontigers.org

While voting is not compulsory, we strongly encourage representation from all teams to ensure a broad and inclusive decision-making process.
